These terms of service (the “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our services provided on our website Clean Republic (“Website”). The Website is owned, registered, and operated by Rathang Technologies LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the provisions of Indian law, with its registered office at Mumbai, India.

This Terms of Service document, along with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, collectively governs the terms of use of the Website.

1. General Overview

Rathang Technologies LLP operates the Website to provide online access to information about the Company, and its products and services. By accessing or using the Website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our Website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, and you are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for updates.

2. Subscription and Orders

You can place orders either as a one-time purchase or through a subscription. If you purchase a subscription with Clean Republic, you will receive regular shipments at a frequency chosen during the order process.

You can modify or cancel your subscription by accessing your account. Modifications will be effective for future shipments. Cancellation requests must be made before the next payment cycle to avoid charges.

3. Payments

We offer multiple payment methods for both one-time purchases and subscriptions:

  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and taxes for the services or products you order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship products only within India. Shipping times may vary but are typically 2-3 working days from the order confirmation. We aim to deliver within 10 days of shipping, barring any unforeseen delays. In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a refund or credit.

5. Returns and Cancellations

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt. To request a return, contact us at care@cleanrepublic.in. If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. Refunds will be fulfilled in 7-10 working days.  For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Rathang Technologies LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Website and its services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
